            Hooks for Hearts is a non profit organization created in 2008 to raise and donate money to the American Heart Association’s Southeast Affiliate through an annual Fishing Rodeo. The rodeo is committed to the American Heart Association, and keeping funding locally in Louisiana, to help fight the leading cause of death in both Louisiana, and the United States, Cardiovascular Disease. Needless to say, a large portion of the rodeo’s success is dependent on sponsor contributions. Whether you choose a sponsor category, or donate food, services, or door prizes your contribution is greatly appreciated.  Again, the purpose of this Fishing Rodeo is to raise awareness of Heart Disease and donate money to the American Heart Association; however, a small percentage of the sponsorship money will be used to buy prizes, shirts, and food & beverages.
