Want to bring the mission of Hooks and Hearts to your school or community? Start a chapter! By opening a chapter, you’ll lead a group of passionate students committed to making a difference in the lives of mothers and their babies. We'll help with partnering up with local shelters and deal with the logistics, you just have to find a team! 

Starting a chapter is a meaningful way to build leadership skills, connect with others, and create real impact! 

Crochet or Knit Baby Blankets

Every stitch makes a difference. Whether you’re an experienced crafter or just learning, you can create something meaningful by crocheting or knitting a baby blanket. These handmade gifts are donated to mothers in need, offering them warmth, comfort, and a reminder that a caring community supports them. 

We accept blankets of all colors and patterns, as long as they are soft, baby-safe, and made with love. 

Design and Send Granny Squares

Short on time but still want to help? Join our Granny Square Project! These small, square crochet pieces are easy to make and perfect for beginners or busy students. Once we collect enough, our team stitches them together into full-sized baby blankets for mothers in need.

Granny squares are a fun, flexible way to get involved—whether you make one or one hundred. Use soft, baby-friendly yarn in any color, and we’ll handle the rest.
